Every asana has an impact on our body and mind. So, to experience that, we do asanas precisely but in a meditative, calm way, with attention to the flow of breath and awareness of the processes in the body and mind.

In my yoga classes I let yoga work. That means, after every asana or yoga posture, there is a little pause so the body and mind can get time to experience the "work" of yoga. But the real work of yoga manifest in your daily life.

My inspirations in Yoga teaching are Sivananda, Desikachar and many more, but I refuse to call "my" yogaclasses with a certain name. To teach somebody yoga is actually impossible, because you come to yoga only by your self. Let´s say I accompaign you a little bit on your way, to show you some details about hatha yoga and to give you tools for life - the breathing techniques, yoga postures and meditations. The rest is yours!

I´ve learned yoga in India (in several Sivananda ashrams in south and north India, in Vivekananda Ashram in Bangalore and by many unknown teachers. In Germany 2003 I made my YTT in "Yoga Vidya" School.

Yoga style I am teaching is classic and "old school" but I am inspired with lots of new styles if they seem meaningfull, respecting the true aim of yoga.

My yoga is no fitness, no sport and mostly no sweating!!

Everybody can join, independent of their yogic experience.
