I studied yoga in India, Croatia and Germany - where I´ve been certified as a yoga teacher in 2003.

In my yoga classes I let yoga work. That means, after every asana or yoga posture, there is a pause so the body and mind can get enough time to experience the "work" of yoga. But the real work of yoga manifest in your daily life.

Every asana has an impact on our body and mind. So, to experience that, we do asanas precisely but in a meditative, calm way, with attention to the flow of breath and awareness of the processes in the body and mind.

My inspirations in Yoga teaching are Sivananda, Desikachar and many more, but I refuse to call "my" yogaclasses with a certain name.

Everybody can join, independent of their yogic experience.
